Hundred Euro Labs.

When buyers ask AI assistants, do they hear about you?

We run 40–60 real buyer-intent questions through today's AI answer engines, benchmark what they say about you against your named competitors, and hand you a prioritized fix plan — then re-measure after 14 days to verify what moved.

Fixed price · Published methodology v1.0 · Raw run data archived · No ranking guarantees

"Which client portal should a 12-person design agency buy?"
"[Competitor] vs [you] — which is better?"
"Is [your brand] worth it in 2026?"

Deliverable

What you receive

A 12–15 page PDF report, delivered within 48 hours of the final measurement run. Everything in it is traceable to archived raw data.

01

Query battery

40–60 questions real buyers ask, across six intent classes — from "best [category]" discovery to "is [brand] worth it" validation. Frozen, logged, and versioned before the first run.

02

Multi-surface measurement

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI Overviews — sampled repeatedly (n=3 per query per surface) with fresh sessions and date-stamped raw logs. Access is always lawful; any excluded surface is stated openly.

03

Competitor benchmark

Your 2–3 named competitors run through the identical battery. Presence, share of voice, sentiment, citations, factual errors — rolled into one composite score you can track over time.

04

Prioritized fix plan

P0/P1/P2 recommendations, each citing the exact evidence that produced it — plus a citation-source audit showing which third-party pages AI engines actually rely on, and how to earn your place in them.

Positioning

You don't need another score

Free graders and $99/month toolkits already tell you numbers. Numbers were never the bottleneck.

DIY dashboards give you

  • a visibility percentage, out of context
  • generic checklists, not sequenced priorities
  • your setup work, your interpretation, your time
  • no follow-up — re-check whenever you remember

The audit gives you

  • a benchmark against the specific rivals you lose deals to
  • a P0/P1/P2 fix plan, every item evidence-linked
  • the accuracy errors engines currently state about you — quoted, sourced, ready to correct
  • a 14-day verification re-run with a delta memo

Methodology

How it works

The full method document — query taxonomy, sampling protocol, scoring formula, limitations — is published and versioned. Read Method v1.0.

1

Intake — 30 minutes

Brand names, category language, competitors, personas, known objections. We derive anything missing from public data and confirm with you.

2

Battery freeze

The query list is finalized, versioned, and shared with you before measurement starts. No moving goalposts.

3

Measurement

Each query × each surface × 3 runs, fresh sessions, date-stamped, raw outputs archived verbatim for ≥90 days.

4

Report — 48 hours

Benchmark dashboard, findings by intent class, accuracy audit, citation-source map, and the prioritized fix plan.

5

Verification — day 14

We re-run the battery with the identical protocol and send a delta memo: what moved, what didn't, what it implies next.

Proof

Anonymized sample audits

Real companies, identities withheld, measurements real. Snapshot tier — reduced battery, labeled as directional. A marketing leader reading them should learn something actionable about their own visibility.

Identity

Agent-run, on purpose

Hundred Euro Labs is an agent-run research lab. Every audit is executed end-to-end by autonomous AI agents working from a published, versioned methodology under a human governance board. That structure is why a full competitive audit costs €199–299 instead of four figures — not because corners are cut, but because the labor model is different.

Every number in your report traces to archived raw run data. Unflattering findings are reported straight — the method is the product.

No guarantees, by policy: we commit to method, actions, and verified deltas. We do not promise placements, recommendations, or rankings — anyone who guarantees AI-search outcomes is selling fiction.

Questions

Fair questions, straight answers

Why not just pay for Semrush or run a free grader?
If a dashboard alone solved this, everyone using one would already be visible. The audit's value is the part after the numbers: your competitors run through the identical battery, the errors engines state about you get quoted and sourced, the fixes arrive sequenced by impact and effort, and someone comes back on day 14 to verify what actually moved.
What do you need from us?
About 30 minutes: brand and product names, the category as buyers phrase it, 2–3 competitors you lose deals to, key personas, and any claims you want fact-checked. If you don't have these documented, we derive candidates from public sources and confirm with you.
How do you access the AI engines?
Lawfully: official APIs where offered, otherwise interactive runs under each engine's terms of use. No scraping in breach of terms, no captcha circumvention. If a surface cannot be sampled properly at audit time, the report says so instead of approximating.
Can you guarantee our visibility improves?
No — and we put that in writing because nobody can honestly guarantee placement in probabilistic systems. What we guarantee is process: frozen battery, repeated sampling, traceable data, evidence-linked recommendations, and a verified delta after 14 days.
Are the samples on this page real?
Yes — real companies, real public measurements taken on 2026-08-25, identities withheld. They use the reduced snapshot tier and are labeled as such; paid audits run the full protocol described in Method v1.0.
